Waranty Info & Service
All of the products that we offer come with a 2 year warranty. If this is longer, it is indicated with the product. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty within the warranty period, you can make use of the warranty.
If you need to make use of the warranty, you can contact us by mail. In your email, please include the following: the order number, a short description of the fault/complaint and how the fault came about. In certain cases, we can solve the problem by mail or simply by sending an extra part. However, if the product needs to be returned to us for inspection and/or repair, you will receive a warranty form via email. You then need to complete the form and send it to us with the faulty product. The warranty application procedure is also explained on the form.
Good service is of utmost importance to us. We do our best to complete a warranty request within 48 hours. If the faulty product can not be repaired, then it will be replaced with a new one and will be sent to you free of charge within 48 hours. You will receive an email from us so that you know we have completed your request and an indication of when you will receive the repaired/replaced product again. If it is expected to take longer than 48 hours, we will inform you as soon as possible via email with the expected delivery time.
We like to mention that warranty is only provided for products which are not working properly due to production and/or construction or assembly mistakes by Henx and possible transport damage when delivering a package to you. Warranty is not applicable if the product is used wrongly, overloaded in usage, damaged by external circumstances, not maintained correctly, wear&tear or other reasons outside normal usage. In that case, we will not be able to repair the product without charging you cost for this service.
